1. In your Downloads folder, open the zip file that contains the pm60 application
2. Move the application to your desktop (or location of choice)
3. Open the application
4. Enter in your activation token and click “Activate”. Token format is: email address-<\/strong>order number<\/strong>
5. Accept the terms of the licence agreement and click “Continue”
6. Wait a moment while pm60 validates your licence
7. Choose the option to open an original (new) pm60 workbook<\/span><\/details>\n

\n<\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span>How do I save my project file?<\/span><\/span><\/summary>\n

1. Click on the Save button on your workbook
2. Enter a name for your project file
3. Choose a location to save your project file
4. Click “Save”. The file will save as a Secure Excel File (.xlsc)
Caution:<\/strong><\/span> Clicking “x” in the top-right corner of your workbook – after making unsaved changes – will prompt you to save your file. If you click “Save”, then “Cancel”, your file will close and not save unsaved changes.<\/strong><\/span><\/details>\n

\n<\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span>Why does my project file save as a Secure Excel File (.xlsc)?<\/span><\/span><\/summary>\n

pm60 is an application that is built from a customized Excel workbook.
It contains secure functionality that includes licencing and activation.
This is different to a normal Excel workbook (e.g., .xlsx).<\/span><\/details>\n

\n<\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span>How do I open a saved project file?<\/span><\/span><\/summary>\n

1. Open the pm60 application
2. Choose an option:
– Original Workbook:<\/strong> Opens a new pm60 workbook
– Choose Save File:<\/strong> Choose an existing project file to open
– Load a Recent Save:<\/strong> Choose a recent project file to open
Alternatively, drag the project file on to the application for auto-open.<\/span><\/details>\n

\n<\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span>Can I share project files with other people?<\/span><\/span><\/summary>\n

Yes. Your project files can be shared with other people (e.g., via cloud, email, etc.).
The other people must also have an active pm60 subscription on their computer.<\/span><\/details>\n

\n<\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span>Can I use my pm60 subscription on more than one computer?<\/span><\/span><\/summary>\n

Purchasing a single subscription entitles you to activate the pm60 application on a single computer only.
If you require subscriptions for multiple people or computers, then you can purchase multiple subscriptions.<\/span><\/details>\n

\n<\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span>Can I move my pm60 subscription to another computer?<\/span><\/span><\/summary>\n

Yes, you can.
1. On pm60 application’s welcome screen, select “Deactivate” and follow the prompts.
2. Re-activate your subscription on your new computer using the same activation token
You will still be able to access existing project files via the re-activated subscription.<\/span><\/details>\n

\n<\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span>Can a pm60 workbook password be recovered?<\/span><\/span><\/summary>\n

pm60’s workbook password is optional to use.
Caution:<\/strong> <\/span>pm60 cannot recover forgotten passwords. We recommend using a third-party password vault application to securly store passwords if you are concerned about forgetting them.<\/strong><\/span><\/details>\n

\n<\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span>Why can’t I see all of Excel’s usual commands and settings?<\/span><\/span><\/summary>\n

pm60 has been built using custom workbook ribbons, menus and features.
The workbook has been built for project management use.
As such, not all default Excel commands and settings are available.
This is intentional due to the interruption that certain default settings will have on the pm60 application.
Bonus:<\/strong><\/span> Adding your own additional blank worksheets into your workbook is an option with pm60. Doing so will allow you to access more of Excel’s default settings and features.<\/strong><\/span><\/details>\n

\n<\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span>Will pm60 release version updates?<\/span><\/span><\/summary>\n

pm60 will look to release updated versions of the application over time.
We will keep you informed.
As the application has being built via Excel, automatic updates cannot be made to your existing version.
You will need to download the updated version as a stand-alone application.<\/span><\/details>\n
